Terms: T-Up Ukiah play pass grants members privileges as outlined above for a subscription-based monthly term, paid at the date of purchase. Memberships may be canceled at the end of any monthly plan term however no refunds shall be issued. Purchasers agree to adhere to policies set out by T-Up Ukiah LLC, failure to follow such policies may result in cancellation of play pass access. Play passes are-transferrable, however can only be applied for the entry of 1 player/per pay. Payment: Unpaid play pass membership not paid within 10 days of renewal shall result in cancellation of membership and rewards. A $10 fee shall apply to reactivate play pass membership. Liability: The Member will not hold T-Up Ukiah LLC liable for any tangible or intangible damage that might happen to them while participating in the membership. The Member agrees that T-Up Ukiah LLC cannot guarantee any results from their membership. Any negative or positive results that might occur during the membership are the result of the Member’s own personal choices.
