​We are located at: 1090 S. State Street, Ukiah
Inside Mountain Mike’s Pizza This location allows guests to enjoy food and beverages before, during, or after their escape experience.

⛳ What Happened to T-Up Mini Golf?

The T-Up Mini Golf course has moved out of state as part of the company’s growth into new markets.
However, the escape room experience has expanded and evolved locally into Immersive Escapes — with more flexibility, rotating themes, and experiences designed for a wider range of guests.

🔐 How Do Escape Rooms Work?

Most escape room sessions:

• Last approximately 60 minutes
  
• Are designed for up to 8 players
  
• Encourage teamwork, communication, and problem-solving
  

Standard escape rooms are collaborative, meaning players work together toward a shared goal.

🎭 Do Escape Room Themes Change?

​Yes. Immersive Escapes features rotating escape room series with new themes, puzzles, and storylines introduced regularly. This ensures repeat visitors always have something new to look forward to.

🍕 Can We Eat During Our Visit?

Yes. Food and beverages can be ordered directly through our website or on site at Mountain Mike’s Pizza.
Group visits may also coordinate pre-ordered lunches, making planning easy for schools and organizations.

🧩 What Is Pizza & Puzzle Night Showdown?

Pizza & Puzzle Night Showdown happens every Wednesday — all day.
Participants receive:

• A slice of pizza
  
• A physical jigsaw puzzle
  
• A timer
  

Groups compete to finish the puzzle as quickly as possible.
Winning teams are announced weekly on our website.

👩‍🍳 Do You Offer Pizza-Making Workshops?

​Yes. Pizza-making workshops are available for groups and parties by reservation and can be paired with an escape room experience.

🍸 What Is Tipsy Escape™?

Tipsy Escape™ is an adults-only (21+) competitive escape room experience.
Unlike standard escape rooms:

• Players compete individually
  
• Points are earned for clues found and puzzles solved
  
• There are no teams — only one ultimate puzzler
  

Each session includes a themed beverage (non-alcoholic options available), one beer, and happy hour pricing throughout the experience.

💳 What Membership Options Are Available?

Immersive Escapes offers:

• 6-Series Escape Memberships
  
• 10-Series Escape Memberships
  

Memberships allow guests to lock in discounted per-session pricing and enjoy access to all rotating escape room series.

👥 Does My Member Pricing Apply to My Guests?

​Yes. Membership pricing applies to everyone in your escape party, even if they are not members.

💙 Who Are T-Up Legacy Members?

T-Up Legacy Members are guests who supported T-Up between 2022 and 2026.
Legacy Members receive:

• $30 per escape room session for life
  
• Pricing that applies to their entire party
  
• The ability to use T-Up gift cards and earned rewards points toward Immersive Escapes reservations
  

(Tipsy Escape™ and special events not included.)

🎟 How Do Legacy Members Use Their Rate?

Legacy Members received a digital Legacy Member Card by email that includes a unique booking code.
When reserving:

1. Visit the Immersive Escapes website
   
2. Select your escape room session
   
3. Enter your legacy code at checkout
   

The $30/person rate will automatically apply to your entire party.
If you didn’t receive your legacy email, you can check your status using the email address, phone number, or name your original T-Up booking was made under

🎁 Can I Use My Old T-Up Gift Cards?​

Yes. Valid T-Up gift cards and earned legacy rewards points can be applied toward Immersive Escapes reservations.

What are the hours of operation?

SUNDAY- 12-8PM
MONDAY- 12-9PM
TUESDAY- 12-9PM
WEDNESDAY- 12-9PM

ARE RESERVATIONS REQUIRED?

Yes. However, Walk-ins are welcome to reserve an escape session on site, allowing 30min lead time.

what ages are fit for immersive escapes?

WE CAN ACCOMMODATE ESCAPE ROOM SESSIONS FOR AGES STARTING AT 7 YRS. OLD. 
**IF YOUR CHILDREN IN YOUR PARTY ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 14, ADULT SUPERVISION IS. REQUIRED DURING THE ESCAPE SESSION.
