T-Up Ukiah is an immersive 9-hole indoor miniature golf course, equipped with 2 Virtual Reality play stations and lounge space for private parties and events. Terms: T-Up Ukiah LLC grants Member Rewards privileges as outlined above for the term of paid membership to begin at the date of opening in October 2022. Memberships may be canceled at the end of the plan term however no refunds shall be issued. Members agree to adhere to policies set out by T-Up Ukiah LLC, failure to follow such policies may result in cancellation of membership. Memberships are non-transferrable.
Payment: Unpaid membership not paid within 10 days of renewal shall result in cancellation of membership and rewards. A $10 fee shall apply to reactivate membership.
Liability: The Member will not hold T-Up Ukiah LLC liable for any tangible or intangible damage that might happen to them while participating in the membership. The Member agrees that T-Up Ukiah LLC cannot guarantee any results from their membership. Any negative or positive results that might occur during the membership are the result of the Member’s own personal choices.
